Avalanche Software, also known as Avalanche studio game commonly refers to as a video game developer owned by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment where developers of games can create games for Warner Bros.
Furthermore, in May 2005, the game studio was brought by The Walt Disney Company. While it was acquired by The Walt Disney Company, it developed just Disney-relate video games titles for ten years. Some of the game’s titles developed that time include the Toys-to-life game Disney infinity.
However, due to a drop-down in toys-to-life, Walt Disney decided to close down the games arm of the company. But in May 2016, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment brought the Avalanche studio and opened the store again in January 2016.
When Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment brought back the Avalanche Software, the first video game title the Studio developed was Cars 3: Driven to Win. And since the acquisition, the company only developed Cars 3: Driven to win. However, it is worthwhile to know that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is set to release the second Video game title after its acquisition known as Hogwarts Legacy in 2022.
